How to avail the stitching facility

Stitching service is available only on prepaid orders.

Stitching is not available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Steps to get your outfit stitched

Select your desired outfit and click on Add to Cart.

If you want to get more than one outfit stitched, select the stitching quantity accordingly.

Example: If you want stitching for 3 suits, select stitching quantity as 3.

After placing the order, you can share your measurements through our measurement form or send them via email/WhatsApp.
To submit your measurements, you can either fill the measurements form or send all details by email, mentioning your order number in the subject line.
Standard size / size chart
If you are not comfortable sharing detailed measurements, you can choose from our standard size chart.
Simply share your size (S, M, L, XL, etc.) with us through the form, email, or WhatsApp.
What to expect from our stitching service
At Decorallia Closet, your outfits are stitched professionally so that you receive a ready‑to‑wear garment with a neat and elegant finish.
Specially embroidered suits, patchwork, lace details, and designer elements are finished as best as possible based on the fabric and accessories provided.

Stitching usually takes around 3–4 weeks once the fabric is received from the designer and your order enters the processing queue.

For international deliveries, the total timeline can be up to 45 days.

In case of any error or discrepancy in stitching, Decorallia Closet will not be responsible for fit issues or minor variations, as this is a customized service.

Please use this service at your own discretion and only if you are comfortable with these terms.

Every effort will be made to stitch the outfit as shown in the image, but the final outcome depends on the fabric, design pattern, and accessories provided in the original packaging.

Extra customizations such as tassels, latkans, additional lace work, extra flare, change of lining style, etc. may be chargeable, and in such cases our team will inform you about any additional charges.

If required, lining or inner can be provided, which may be complimentary or chargeable depending on ongoing offers and fabric requirements.
Sometimes the available fabric or design layout does not allow the exact same flare, cut, or style as shown in the reference image, but the team will always try to deliver the best possible stitched outfit with the material provided.
Cancellation & refund policy (stitching)

Once booked, the stitching service is non‑cancellable and non‑refundable.

If you have placed an order but do not share your measurements within 1 week, your suit will be shipped unstitched, and any adjustment or refund of stitching charges will be handled as per internal policy.
